Thank you for visiting House Calls web page.  We would love to care for your pet(s).   This is how our service works for you!


You will meet your pet loving professional in the comfort of your home, where your pet(s) will remain while you are away. House Calls customers receive a personal pet sitter who remains the same with each service request. Upon request, pet sitter references from clients who have used her services over and over again can be provided. 

A contingency plan is in place in the event of a pet sitter’s vacation, illness or emergency. If a pet emergency arises, we will notify you and your veterinarian to receive further instructions. We are Bonded, Licensed and Insured.l House Calls is a tender loving professional pet sitting service.

 

Step 1:
Call your local office or Email "Mind Your Manor" (List below)


Step 2:
Your personal Sitter will call you to set up a meeting in your home with your and your pet(s).


Step 3:
Gather your pet(s) history, habits, veterinarians information, your contact information for your absence, names and phone numbers of anyone who has access to your home while you are away.  We require two house keys that have been tested.


Step 4:
Meet with your personal pet sitter to determine the best routine for you and your pet(s).
A service contract will be completed clearly stating your services, the dates and fees.
We want to ensure your pet(s) comfort and your worry free travel.


Step 5:
Your service request begins. Daily instructions are carried out.  A note is left on the last day letting you know how things went.
No matter what the season House Calls is there 365 days a year! 

 The typical House Calls consist of:

+We will bring in the newspaper & mail on our way to care for your pet(s).
+Feeding and fresh water for the pet(s).
+Spending time playing with and/or exercising the pets.
+Scooping the yard and/or litter box.
+Bring in or setting out the garbage cans.
+Lots of love and attentions for the pets before leaving.
+A security check around the house before locking up.

 

Step 6:
Service continues until you call to say you are home.  You can call at any hour.  Our voice mail system silently records your message in the wee hours of the morning and night.

Dear House Calls- I cannot begin to thank you enough for all the care and attention Chloe receives from Carolyn. When we moved to California last summer to begin my new job I was very nervous because I knew I would be doing a lot of traveling. I had always used a kennel in the past, but the thought of my "child" spending 1 night a week in a kennel was heartbreaking to me. I started looking for a dog sitting service before I moved because I knew that my travel would start right away. House Calls was great about explaining the options to help take care of Chloe. I had been in my new apartment for less than a week when Chloe received her first visit and it went very well. That was last June and I cannot think of how many time's Chloe has been visited, and I always come home to a VERY happy pet. I love being able to email in my reservation requests, and when I've been stranded in airport! s due to poor weather Carolyn has always been able to make extra visits until I finally make it home!
